Traditional entrances are optional. Most guests arrive by no-clipping through a wall, which is permitted here and nowhere else. Please do not attempt it at home.
Ambience
The signature fluorescent hum and damp-carpet smell are included in every Yellow Standard. The website stays silent. You have probably heard enough of it.
Wayfinding
If you pass the same doorway twice, consider it a returning-guest benefit. Floor plans are suggestions made by the building.
Departure
There is no checkout desk. Close this page whenever you like, and do not try to count the doors on your way out.

Level 0 / The Yellow Standard / $88 per nightYellow walls, familiar carpet and a looping corridor. Windowless, with uninterrupted fluorescent ambience.

Level 1 / The Service Residence / $104 per nightConcrete bays, generous storage and a loading area with no scheduled deliveries. An industrial retreat for guests who pack light and stay provisionally.

Level 2 / The Pipework Single / $76 per nightA narrow room beside an extensive collection of utility pipes. Warm in character, close to infrastructure, far from a convincing floor plan.

Level 4 / The Vacant Office / $128 per nightAn unoccupied office converted into an unoccupied office with a bed. Quiet work surfaces and windows that decline to clarify the location.

All four rooms allow 1 to 4 guests. Total = nights × (room rate + $18 × additional guests after the first). Stay length: 1 to 14 nights. Rates are per room, per night.

Privacy / your draft stays on this device

No personal information is requested. This page makes no network calls and uses no analytics or cookies.
