Each month covers one small content request, such as changing opening hours, replacing a photo or correcting existing text. It must fit within 20 minutes, and unused time does not roll over.
New layouts, features, code changes and security repairs get their own scope. If a request is too large, it gets a separate quote before work starts.
The monthly check is periodic. It is not continuous monitoring, and it does not promise to catch every outage. We agree response expectations separately; there is no 24/7 support.
Domain renewals, email, licensed assets, paid platform features and third-party subscriptions are separate costs. This plan also excludes store operations, CMS/plugin administration, large databases, video delivery and incident response.
Your domain remains in your registrar account. Each managed site runs as its own Cloudflare project; clients do not share the master login. The projects still rely on the same Cloudflare account.
Before a DNS change, mail and service records are preserved and approval is required. Cloudflare DNS does not provide an email mailbox. Existing sites and other platforms need a separate eligibility check.
Billing starts after launch or an agreed migration, once you opt in. The quote and account setup must support the subscription and its customer controls.
Care ends at the end of the paid period. The current operating terms allow a 14-day failed-payment grace period with notice and a 30-day export window. Refund treatment and notice mechanics belong in the written agreement.
Before a move, the destination, window and cutoff are agreed. The transferable site files and configuration are then exported. Extra migration help gets its own scope.
If a payment fails, the operating plan is notice followed by a 14-day grace period. A single failed payment does not immediately shut down or delete the site. The site and transferable files are handled under the written offboarding terms.
Recovery planning should include an off-platform copy and documented restoration steps. DNS setup is reviewed before changes: an apex domain may require its zone in the managed Cloudflare account; a supported www subdomain may use an external record instead.
Preserve MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other service records, then test web and email routing. Nameserver changes require explicit approval.
Hosting control does not change who owns the domain or the paid-for site files.
